DONATE TO THE TEXAS DENTAL ASSOCIATION RELIEF FUND

The Texas Dental Association is fortunate to be able to provide immediate disaster assistance to Texas dentists through its Relief Fund following a catastrophic event that is tied to a gubernatorial or presidential disaster declaration. Donations are accepted for disaster relief assistance through the Texas Dental Association Relief Fund, a TDA charitable 501(c)(3) organization.

Charitable funds may be granted to an affected dentist through an application process following such disasters. The disaster relief fund was established to provide financial assistance to Texas dentists who have immediate, basic needs as a result of a natural disaster or catastrophe and are therefore limited to offset such necessary expenses as clothing, blankets, food, water, temporary shelter, and medications.

Donations may be made online at tda.org (DONATE ONLINE) or by sending a check to the Texas Dental Association at 1946 South IH-35, Ste 400, Austin, TX 78704 (please make the check payable to “TDA Relief Fund” and write “disaster relief” in the memo section of your check). You will receive a confirmation of your donation. On behalf of those dentists in need, any contribution amount is gratefully accepted and your support and generosity are deeply appreciated.

Any questions concerning disaster relief may be forwarded by email to Mr. Terry Cornwell, TDA Governance Manager (tcornwell@tda.org), or Ms. Linda G. Brady, TDA Executive Director (lbrady@tda.org). You may also reach Mr. Cornwell at the TDA Central Office by calling 512-443-3675 (Ext. 146).
