Ads that will run both in the Journal and online must be submitted by the 20th of two months prior to the Journal issue in Microsoft Word format.
Ads will be posted within 10 days of receipt of ad and payment, and will remain online for one month from posting date.

**All Banner Ads, Rotating Banner Ads and Tile Ads must abide by TDA's Advertising Standards.
**For an additional fee, TDA will design a banner or tile ad. Customer provides logo and text. TDA will provide a quote. Design turnaround is one week with a proof for customer approval.

For Your Information:
- All contracts will be a maximum of six months.
- Only three ads per page are allowed.
- Preferred Ad placement will be determined by a point system. Points are assigned to advertiser for each ad in either the Texas Dental Journal. Contact Stefanie Clegg for more information at (512) 443-3675.
- TDA reserves the right to approve advertisements before execution of a contract.
- Competitive Advertisers (similar products or services) cannot advertise on the same page.
