CLA VOLUNTEER DESCRIPTIONS

The Committee on Local Arrangements is made up of three (3) working committees:

• Program Coordinating Committee
• Hospitality Committee
• Registration Committee

PROGRAM COORDINATING COMMITTEE 

The Program Coordinating Committee members assist in the supervision and evaluation of the continuing education programs and related activities.  Members of this committee serve as Speaker Hosts and Room Hosts.

HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE

The Hospitality Committee members assist as Greeter/Directional Guides throughout the convention center. In addition, they provide assistance in key areas such as the International Hospitality Center, the Clinician’s Lounge, Retired Life Lounge and staff the ADA08 San Antonio Information booth.  The Hospitality Committee volunteers provide information and assistance to attendees.

REGISTRATION COMMITTEE

Registration volunteers assist U.S. and International attendees in the Registration area.  Registration volunteers provide general information about the meeting and directions inside the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center as well as provide assistance at the CE Pavilions.
