Smiles on Wheels in Mason, Texas on July 31, 2010

Housing:
Hotel Information: We have a block of rooms at the Hill Country Inn for $41/night. The hotel is located at 454 Fort McKavitt St., Mason. To reserve a room call Tammy Gardner at 325-347-6317.
Important times:
Friday, July 30th:
· Set-up 1:00 pm – 5:00pm
· Volunteer Appreciation Dinner 6:30pm at the Eckert Civic Center located at 1024 McKinley Ave, Mason.
The dinner is bring your own wine and beer.
Saturday, July 31st:
· Volunteer pancake breakfast starting at 5 am at the Methodist Church located at 224 Broad St
(please note that this is a different church than where the event will be held).
· Non-dental volunteers arrive at 5:30 am
· Dental volunteers arrive at 6 am
· Patients come in at 6:00am
· Last patient seen 4:30pm
· Tear down after the event
