NEW Login for tda.org

We are excited to announce the TDA is partnering with the ADA’s new membership management system, Aptify, one of the most versatile, up-to-date, and secure membership data software systems available. As a result of this partnership, you will soon see a new feature designed to enhance the user experience on both the TDA and ADA websites. This new feature, single-sign-on or SSO, will allow you to log on to the TDA’s website and then go directly to the ADA site to pay your dues and update your member profile.

When will this start?
This new feature will be available on or about December 1. Until then, please continue to log in to tda.org with your current password. After December 1, you MUST use your ADA log in to gain access to the TDA’s website.

You should receive your 2016 dues statements during the first week of December. To pay your 2016 dues online, please visit tda.org and follow the instructions below. You will no longer see the TDA member profile area of the website but will be directed to the ADA site.

What do I do the first time I log in?
Please enter the following:

User ID: Enter your ADA number as it is listed on your membership card. Ex: 123456789 Please note: You will no longer use the dashes in your log in as you did on the tda.org site.

Password: Enter your ADA password.

Don’t know your ADA password? Click “Reset password here” on the log in page. Do this even if you’ve never before logged into the ADA website. You will enter your ADA number and be presented with a password reset question, based on your ADA record.

Log in trouble? Please contact the ADA member service center at 1-800-621-8099 (8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, M-F) or mscpassword@ada.org.

What about my member profile and the Find-A-Dentist feature?
All changes to your member profile will be made on the ADA site. Any profile information you added to the TDA website will no longer appear on your record. Please review your ADA profile carefully and make any necessary changes to your demographic and/or practice information to update your ADA profile. The TDA website will now utilize the ADA’s Find-A-Dentist feature on MouthHealthy.org.

We appreciate our members and hope that this enhanced website log in feature will make it easier for you to easily access both sites.
